• All these homes are in the most popular areas measured by the number of solds in the market area. (These are the areas where people want to live).
• All these homes are a bargain now OR a soon-to-be bargain with a minimum 25% off retail price.  (Buying low lets you sell low so that you can sell fast and make more profit)
• All these homes are 3 BR / 2 BAs (These are the homes most people want).
• All these homes have lots of square feet for the money (Having more square feet will generally help get the highest retail appraisal)
• All these homes are not a short sale or in pre-foreclosure (This means with an accepted offer you can close in 30 days or less).
